大學舉辦的 2010
國際身心動作教育研習會(4/30-5/3)後,發願每日要做簡單的拜日式伸展,配合著每週一次瑜珈課程,一個月後,久違的柔軟度總算回來了。也給我鼓勵

Talking about body, mind, and
spiritual, my body didn't seem to have enough attention from me for
quite some time. After participting 2010 International Somatic
Education Syposuim, I've decided to practice yoga everyday. Its amazing
how it helps after one month, I've felf that my body is getting
flexible. This strengthen my faith in yoga practice. Luckily, there are
courses availeble for me to go on and the information is posted here
for future references.
